Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As our products are Perishable Goods, we only support refund and return when there is any manufacturing defect

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at spyke@mahak.co.in and send your item to: 11/2A, Pusa Road, Delhi, 110005, India.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Mr Makhana is committed to deliver your order with quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

We ship Pan India through our distribution partners.

 

What are shipping charges?

Standard Delivery is 100 Rs on orders up to Rs. 999, and Free Shipping on purchase of products worth 1000 Rs and above. 

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery may take longer than usual due to Covid Restrictions. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

 

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a damaged condition, please call our customer care at 1800-120-4801 or email us at spyke@mahak.co.in mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product label and packing is intact when you return the product to us.

 

How do I return my order?

To return your product, ship  your product to: 11/2A, Pusa Road, Delhi, 110005, India.

Please note that the shipping cost for returns will not be borne by us and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our warehouse. It will be carefully packed in a fully sanitized box to maintain your items in good condition.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your orders/ exchanged product to reach you may vary.
